Popping Paths is a pair of small quilts that examine the branching, unpredictable, and interconnected nature of our life journeys. Created alongside the larger quilt Pop That Pussy in the Direction of Your Dreams, this series considers how bold, joyful action—especially when directed toward collective empowerment—can generate new pathways for all involved.

Each quilt in Popping Paths maps possibility: not as a fixed route, but as a series of openings that emerge when we make space for others to shine. The designs evoke motion, choice, and emergence—drawing on the visual language of divergence and convergence to explore how our paths are shaped by the opportunities we extend and receive.

This series celebrates the generative power of shared growth. It suggests that by uplifting one another, we multiply the directions in which we can move.
